Our average delivery price is £7.99, but you can get an estimate in the checking-out process. There you can see a shipping cost depending on your location in the UK.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped one day before the order is set. It usually takes between 3 or 4 days.

What Courier services do you use?

Helpdesk Heroes Shop works with Parcel2Go, but if you have a special courier service in mind please let us know.

I’m having trouble installing the software I purchased at HelpDesk Heroes, what should I do?
